- Click your username
- Click Profile
- Open Default Values
- Change the defaults you want
- Click Save

Editor Defaults
- New Slide default duration – Choose your preferred slide duration. It is applied every time you add a slide.
- Slide Background Color - Set the default background color for new slides.
- Size of images & video when adding to a slide
- Default - Fills up to 75% of the canvas.
- Scale to fit - Fills 100% of the canvas.
- Preserve size - Keeps the size relative to the reference screen: if you add a 1920 x 1080 image to a 1920 x 1080 slide, it takes up the whole canvas and needs no adjustment.
- Default Transition for new slide – Choose your preferred slide transition. It is applied every time you add a slide.
- Transition duration (0s) - The default transition duration for new slides.
- Automatically set slide duration when adding a video – Turn this option on or off.
- Automatically mute videos when adding them to the slide - Mute videos by default.
- Font - Set your preferred font.
- Font Size - Set your preferred font size.
Screen Defaults
- Enable alerts for newly linked screens – Turn alerts for new screens on or off.
- Default alert delay in minutes for newly linked screens – Enter how many minutes should pass before an alert is triggered and sent.
- Default alert recipient for newly linked screens – Enter the e-mail address or addresses that should receive alerts.
Group Defaults
- Time Slot - Create time slots that can be used in schedules.
Library Defaults
- Downscale high-resolution content to 4K - Turn on to automatically downscale uploaded content to a maximum of 4K.

No. Default values are set in your own account, so they only apply to you.
