Get Started
To get started, you need a Canva account.
Step 1
Start your Canva design with the correct resolution: when you create a design, choose Custom Size, enter the resolution of your TV and lock the aspect ratio. A standard HD TV is 1920x1080, and a standard 4K TV is 3840x2160.
When your design, pages and animations are ready, click SHARE, then SEE ALL, then EMBED, and copy the URL in Smart Embed Link.
Step 2
Go to https://my.playsignage.com/playlists and open or create a playlist. Find the Canva app under apps in the top menu.
On the right you have the settings for the Canva app. Paste the Smart Embed Link into Canva URL.
If you only have Canva content in your playlist, make sure to set the slide duration to Play this slide forever.

- Canva URL - This is where you paste the Smart Embed Link from Canva
FAQ
Does the content change on the TV when I update Canva?
Yes, but we can only check for changes in Canva when the slide reloads: if you set the slide duration to one hour, we check every hour. If you set the slide duration to forever, you have to publish the playlist again in my.playsignage.com when you make changes in Canva.
The content keeps reloading every 10 seconds.
Set the slide duration in your playlist (my.playsignage.com), because the content reloads every time the slide duration ends. If you’re only running Canva, set the slide duration to Play this slide forever.
