Transfer Screen allows you to move a linked screen from one team to another. The screen is essentially relocated with all its settings intact and will appear in the receiving team’s standby group. Once transferred, you can easily assign the screen to any other group as needed.
Get Started
Go to my.playsignage.com/screens and open the settings for the screen you want to transfer to another team. Choose the team you want to transfer the screen to, and click Save.
Transfer a screen to another team
To transfer a screen, you need to be an Admin, SuperAdmin or Owner of the team you are transferring from, and an Admin, SuperAdmin or Owner of the team you’re transferring to.
FAQ
I don’t see the feature in my screen settings?
This feature is visible to Admins, SuperAdmins and Owners. If you are a member, you will not see the feature.
