Crop an image to show just the part you want, cut it into a circle, or make a big image smaller so your players handle it easily. All right in the editor, without other software.
Get Started
Everything here starts in the editor: go to Playlists, open your playlist and choose the slide. When you’re done, click Publish.
Crop an image
- Click the image, then Crop in the settings on the right
- At the top, choose Free or an aspect ratio like 4:3
- Move the edges. What’s inside the blue edges shows on the slide
- Click Save
With an aspect ratio, the shape stays the same while you move the edges; with Free, each edge moves on its own.
Crop an image into a circle
- Click the image, then Crop
- Click Circle and adjust the edges
- Click Save
Make an image smaller (downscale)
- Click the image, then Crop
- Enter the new Width and Height
- Click Save
For example, four Full HD images in a 2 × 2 grid on an HD slide each fill a quarter of the screen, so 960 × 540 is enough for each.

FAQ
Why should I make 4K images smaller?
Not every player handles 4K. Each time such a player loads a 4K image, it spends power making it smaller, which can slow it down. Match images to the size they’re shown at.
