About
Chat with the AI Assistant and it builds a complete playlist for your screen: slides in your brand colors, fonts and logo, with photos and apps like weather, clock or a QR code. It can also change the playlists and slides you have. Every change comes back as a proposal with a before-and-after preview, and nothing changes until you press Apply.
Get Started
Build a playlist
Open the assistant
- In the dashboard: click the round button with the sparkles at the bottom right, Open the assistant. On a page about a playlist or screen, the chat shows About: and its name, so the assistant knows what you mean
- In the editor: click Assistant at the bottom of the tools on the left. It knows the open slide and what you have selected
- When you connect a screen: under How would you like to add content?, choose Have our assistant build your content
Click New chat to start over on another topic.
Build a new playlist
- Ask for a new playlist, or choose the assistant when you connect a screen
- Answer its questions, one at a time. Click an answer, or type your own:
- your type of business, like Café, Shop or Health & clinic
- what the screen is for: Promote offers, Show prices or a menu, Welcome and inform, Opening hours and contact or A mix
- Landscape or Portrait, if it doesn’t know the screen yet
- your website, your logo, your brand colors and an offer to show (see below)
- Extras for your screen: tick the apps you want and click Add these, or None
- a name for the playlist
- Check your brand kit and click Approve, or Edit it first
- The assistant builds the playlist. This takes a minute or two, and you can leave the page: it tells you when it’s ready
- Click See the playlist, check the slides and click Apply
- Click Publish to the screen, or Connect a screen if you haven’t yet

Use your logo, colors and website
The assistant keeps your brand in a brand kit: logo, colors, fonts, tone of voice and photos.
- Logo: click Upload logo, or Use my website to take it from your site
- Website: when it asks “Is … your own website, and may I read it?”, click Yes, read it. It finds your colors, photos, prices, opening hours and contact details there
- Your own pictures: click the paperclip, Add images. They go to the folder Assistant in your Library
The next time, it asks whether to Use the brand kit or Start over. You can also change the brand kit yourself in Settings → Brand (see Options).
Confirm prices and details
The assistant never makes up prices, opening hours, phone numbers, addresses or offers. When it finds them, for example on your website, it asks you to check them first:
- In Confirm prices and details, check each one and click Confirm, or Confirm all
- On a change that holds details you haven’t confirmed, click Confirm and apply
Only team admins can confirm prices and details.
Change your content
Change a playlist or slide
- Open the assistant on the playlist, or in the editor on the slide
- Say what you want, for example “Change the price of a latte to 4.50”, “Make the heading bigger” or “Add a slide with our opening hours”
- Check the Before and After preview, and click Apply
- Click Publish when you’re ready for your screens to show it
It can change texts, prices, styles, positions and pictures, add or remove elements, and add or remove slides.
Apply, discard or undo a change
Every change comes as a card with a preview:
- Apply makes the change
- Discard throws it away
- Undo takes back a change you applied. In the editor, press Ctrl+Z (⌘Z on a Mac)
The card shows what happened to it: Proposed, Applied, Applied in the editor, Undone or Discarded. The assistant never applies or publishes anything by itself.

FAQ
Using the assistant
Which plans include the AI Assistant?
Every plan: Essential, Pro and Ultimate. There are no credits to buy; your team can send 50 messages a day.
How many messages can I send?
Your team can send 50 messages a day. The count starts again at midnight UTC, and the chat tells you when only a few are left. Reading a brand guide counts as one message per 10 pages. A message can be up to 4,000 characters.
Which languages does it speak?
It answers in the language you write in, and writes the slides in your language too, unless you ask for another one.
Can the assistant publish to my screens?
No. It only proposes changes. You press Apply to make them and Publish to show them on your screens.
Does it read my website?
Only if you say it’s your own website and allow it. It reads up to 10 pages per chat. A website you only mention as an example of a style is used for ideas, never copied. A site that blocks crawlers can’t be read.
What can't it do?
It can’t publish or schedule, make up prices or details, add buttons to slides (screens aren’t touch screens), add a Google News feed or show people you could recognise.
Messages you may see
It says "The assistant isn't available for your team"
An admin has switched off Use AI features in Settings → Team. Ask them to switch it on.
It says "Verify your email address to use the assistant"
Open the email we sent when you signed up and click the link in it. Then open the assistant again.
It says "Your team has used today's assistant messages"
Your team has sent its 50 messages for today. You can send more after midnight UTC.
It says "The slide changed since the assistant suggested this"
Someone edited the slide after the assistant made its proposal. Ask the assistant to look at the slide again, and it makes a new one.
It says the change "can't be undone"
A change can’t be undone when the slides were edited after it, or when the new playlist is already in use on a screen, in a schedule, on a tag or shared. Change it in the editor instead.
It says a price or detail "isn't confirmed yet"
Check the prices and details in Confirm prices and details and confirm them, or click Confirm and apply on the change. Only team admins can confirm them.
It says "The playlist couldn't be built"
Click Try again, or Pick a template instead to start from a ready-made design.
