The Billing page in Play Digital Signage gives you full control over your subscription, payments, and invoices in one centralized location. Whether you need to update your credit card, change your billing cycle, view past invoices, or adjust your plan, everything is accessible directly from your Play account.

Account statements provide a complete overview of all transactions, invoices, and payments associated with your PlaySignage account.

You can download your account statements directly from the billing page at my.playsignage.com/billing. These statements are useful for bookkeeping, expense tracking, tax documentation, and financial reconciliation.

How to download an account statement:
  1. Log in to your PlaySignage account.
  2. Go to my.playsignage.com/billing.
  3. In the transaction and invoice history section, locate the Download Statement button.
  4. Select the desired time period and download the statement.

Statements are available in PDF format and include a clear summary of charges, payments, and outstanding balances.

Is it only the owner who can see invoices, update the credit card, and change billing information?

No, you can assign the role SuperAdmin to a member, and that member will have the same role features as an owner, except for being able to transfer the ownership of the team. The SuperAdmin can access my.playsignage.com/billing

Can I downgrade my subscription?

If you downgrade - say, from Pro to Essential - you’ll lose access to some advanced features you may have been using. This includes things like Slide Conditions, Tags, Shuffle, Content Synchronization, and others available only on higher-tier plans.

What payment methods and currencies do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, ACH, wire transfers, international wire transfers for those outside of the U.S., and checks.

We accept local wire transfers in all currencies we support: 
USD, AUD, CAD, NZD, GBP, and EUR.

Can I stop my subscription mid-month?

You can absolutely stop your Play Digital Signage subscription mid-month or whenever you’d like. We have no handcuffs on our customers, and since we bill usage per hour, your fee will only be for what you’ve actually used. For instance, if you had a screen linked for 100 hours in a month, we only charge you for the 100 hours.

Can I pay without having a credit card?

If you change your subscription to prepaid quarterly or annual, the system will generate an invoice that also has bank transfer details on it in the local currency (USD, AUD, CAD, NZD, GBP, EUR). Instead of adding a credit card, you can also make a bank transfer to pay for the invoice. Please include the invoice number in the reference so that our system can automatically match the payment and mark the invoice as paid; otherwise, the processing needs to be done manually and will take longer.

Monthly subscription (post-paid) can be only paid with a credit card as the usage for that subcription types can vary from month to month depending on how many licenses were used in the previous month.

How do you calculate how many hours I've had my screens linked?

On average, a month has 720 hours (24 hours * 30 days). With a screen price of $18 per month, the hourly price comes down to $0.025 per hour ($18 per month/720 hours in a month = $0.025/ hour). For example, If you link a screen for 24 hours, you will be charged $0.60 (24 hours * $0.025 per hour = $0.60).
