About
Make QR codes right in Play, so viewers can open a website, join your Wi-Fi or e-mail you from their phone. Choose the colors, or a transparent background so the code fits your slide. Every code is saved in your Library’s QR-Codes folder, ready to reuse.
Get Started
Everything here starts in the editor: go to Playlists, open your playlist and choose the slide. When you’re done, click Publish.
Add a QR code for a website
- Click Plugins, search for QR Code and click its tile
- Choose URL/Text and enter the web address (or any text)
- Give it a Filename, and publish
Let people join your Wi-Fi
- Add a QR code and choose Wi-Fi
- Enter the Network Name (SSID) and the Password (leave it empty if there’s none)
Let people e-mail you
- Add a QR code and choose E-mail
- Enter the Recipient e-mail and a Subject
Change the colors
- Pick a color for the QR Code and the Background, or turn on Transparent
Keep enough contrast between the two, so phones can read it.
Reuse a QR code
- In the editor, click Assets and open the QR-Codes folder
- Click the code
Options
When you add or click a QR code:

| Transparent | Makes the background see-through |
| Filename | The name of the code in your Library |

Can I change a QR code?
No. Delete it and make a new one.
Where are my QR codes saved?
In your Library, in the folder QR-Codes.
