Editor Defaults

• New Slide default duration – Choose your preferred slide duration and this will be applied anytime you add a slide.
• Play Forever - Toggle on to always have new slides set to Play Forever.
• Slide Background Color - Set the default background color for new slides
• Default Transition for new slide – Choose your preferred slide transition and this will be applied anytime you add a slide.
• Transition duration (0s) - Default duration setting for transition on new slides.
• Automatically set slide duration when adding a video – Toggle on/off this option.

Screen Defaults

• Enable alerts for newly linked screens – Toggle on/off if you want to activate alerts for new screens
• Default alert delay in minutes for newly linked screens – Enter the time you prefer before an alert is triggered and sent
• Default alert recipient for newly linked screens – Enter the e-mail or e-mails that should receive alerts

Group Defaults

• Time Slot - Create/Add time slots that can be used in schedules

Library Defaults

• Downscale high-resolution content to 4K - Toggle on for automatic downscaling uploaded content to max. 4K.
