Yes, If the device is connected to your wifi, you'll need to check if the device has access to the internet. To do this, close our app > Open a browser (On the device itself) > Type in playsignage.com in the URL and click search.
If you see our website then it's most likely there are services that are blocked in your network, please refer to Whitelisting.
If you do not see our website the device has no connectivity to the internet. Keep in mind that a device can be connected to wifi, even though it's not connected to the internet. In this scenario, you have to check up on your wifi network.

Wifi is set up in the device's operating system (OS). Setting up wifi on your device is different from device to device, Android, Amazon, Google, etc. all have their unique ways. Go to Youtube.com and search How to set up wifi on Android.
If you're having problems getting wifi or internet working on your device, we recommend you reset the device to factory and start from scratch. Reset to factory is usually found in the device settings.
