Analytics for Digital Signage is where you find useful information about how much or how long ads have been displayed on your screens.
Where do I find Analytics?
When logged in, open the profile menu in the left lower corner and then click Analytics.
How does it work?
With analytics (Also known as proof-of-play) you can get reports of file playbacks from your screens as proof that the files were actually presented. A playback is recorded every time a file is loaded by your player which then is sent to our analytics server for storage and data aggregation. To start using analytics, you need to enable analytics for every screen, you can find the setting in the web portal under the screen settings section.

Grouped by asset
This report aggregates all file playbacks over a selected period (up to 3 months) for all your screens giving you total duration and show count for each selected file.
By screen
This report is very similar to the previous, except it also differentiates between screens so you know exactly which screen presented what file and for how long.
Detailed
Detailed asset report will list each time selected assets were displayed in a chronological order. This report can be generated only for a specific date as it can get very large even with a single day.

FAQ
Which plugin playbacks are reported?
The playbacks are stored for images and videos, and playbacks for plugins (such as weather or text) are not stored.
For how long is the data stored?
Asset detailed – 3 months.
Screen detailed – 3 months.
Asset report by assets – 6 months.
Asset report by screen – 6 months.
Screen report by assets – 6 months.
What happens if the player loses the Internet connection?
If the player loses the Internet connection, the device will store the playback logs in its internal storage. The internal storage however is not limitless, so to keep things safe there is a 10000 entry limit on the internal storage. To give an example, if you have a playlist that shows an image every 10 seconds (6 playbacks per minute), it can store playback history for 27 hours before the internal storage limit is reached.
I am in a different timezone, are the reports accurate?
All times in the report are adjusted to your browser timezone. This assumes 2 things though:
Your computer time and time zone are correctly set.
The time and time zone on your player devices are correct.
Why can’t I enable analytics (Proof of play)?
Analytics can not be activated on trial screens.
