PWA (Progressive Web App)
Play Digital Signage in almost any browser.
Nothing to install or update: open player.playsignage.com in a browser and the screen is ready.

The most versatile app
Normally we install an app onto our media player, like Android, Amazon Fire TV Stick, Windows, etc., but the PWA can virtually work on almost any media player or devices like iPad, Apple TV, iPhone, etc. as long as they have a web browser that works with progressive web apps.

Nothing to install
The PWA runs in any modern web browser, on any device: a PC, a Mac, a tablet, a phone or a media player. Open player.playsignage.com, link the screen to your account and your content starts playing.
Managed from the dashboard
Once the screen is linked, you manage it like every other player: content, playlists and options are set in your dashboard. The options can also be opened on the player itself with Ctrl + O.
Always up to date
The PWA is a web page, so there is nothing to update. New versions are rolled out automatically.

Auto-launch and kiosk mode
As the PWA is a web page, it cannot start itself with the system. Instead, schedule your browser to open it on startup, for example with Task Scheduler on Windows, opening Edge or Chrome in kiosk mode. Hide the top menu bar in the options for an unattended, kiosk-style screen. The PWA setup guide has the exact commands.
Depends on the browser
Performance and features depend on the browser and the hardware you run it on. The PWA plays 4K if your content is in 4K. On iOS devices, you are asked to allow access to the screen and audio the first time you launch it.
