This update lets you put your own screen on any TV, and gives Play a fresh look.
Screen Share
With Screen Share, you share your computer live to any Play screen: a sales presentation, a dashboard, a video call or a file on your laptop. When you stop, the screen goes back to its normal content by itself.
There are two ways to share:
- Private: share your own screen from the web portal while you’re logged in.
- Public: turn on a public link for a screen and send it to a guest presenter. They open it in their browser and share, without logging in.
Screen Share is available on the Pro and Ultimate plans.
A fresher interface
We’ve updated parts of the interface (version 4.0) to make working in Play easier and more fun. Enjoy!
Countdown to the next slide
The Counter plugin can now count down to the next slide, so viewers see when the next slide is coming. Useful for quizzes, timed instructions and waiting rooms.
