Our content is created to genuinely help people. On the blog, we publish educational articles that show how digital signage can benefit different industries. In the Support Center, we focus on clear tutorials and documentation. On the website, we explain our product in a straightforward way to help visitors decide if Play is the right solution for them.
Most of our content is written in-house by our marketing team, founders, and developers. The process usually starts with identifying a useful topic, followed by research, drafting (often with AI assistance), and then human editing.
We use AI tools quite extensively as a supporting tool. AI helps us with research, creating first drafts, improving grammar, generating meta titles/descriptions/keywords, and refining content. However, every article is always reviewed, edited, and approved by a human before it is published. AI never has the final say.
Articles are added to an internal queue and reviewed by team leaders or founders — especially technical content about new features or plugins. This ensures accuracy and that the tone stays friendly and easy to understand.
We take accuracy seriously. For Play-related content, our developers verify the information. For industry topics, we do proper research using reliable sources such as official documentation and partner websites.
We regularly update our content. Updates are triggered by new features, product changes, user feedback, or when we find better ways to explain something. We also run monthly SEO audits to catch and fix issues quickly.
If we make a mistake, we correct it as soon as possible. For important corrections that may affect how you use the product, we also send out a newsletter notification.
