CloudConvert and Play Digital Signage
Play Digital Signage partners with CloudConvert to enable fast and reliable file format conversions inside the platform. This allows users to upload almost any file type and automatically convert it for optimal playback on digital signage screens.
What it means for you
- Upload what you have: videos in other formats than MP4, and Apple Keynote, Numbers and Pages files, are converted automatically when you upload them.
- Plays everywhere: the converted files play smoothly on every kind of media player.
- Your files stay yours: files are only stored at CloudConvert while they are converted. CloudConvert doesn’t read, copy or mine them.
See which file types Play supports in Office documents and Video, and read more on our security page.
