The free screen offer
What are the terms of the free first screen?
The free first screen is limited to one screen per organization. It has no watermark, needs no credit card and is free for 30 days. Leave a review on an approved review site within those 30 days and it stays free forever. The offer is subject to our terms and conditions; availability may vary and is not guaranteed.
Do I need an app to manage my screens from my phone?
No. Play is cloud-based and runs in your web browser, so you log in at my.playsignage.com on your phone and change playlists, schedules and content from there. There is no extra software to install.
Can I see what a screen is showing when I’m not there?
Yes. With Screen Capture you ask a screen for a screenshot and see what it is playing right now, and Alerts tell you when a screen goes offline or comes back online. Both are Pro features, so they are included in your free screen.
Can my team update the screens too?
Yes. Add every team member you need at no extra cost, and give each one a role: Member, Admin, SuperAdmin or Owner. Everyone logs in with their own account, from their phone or computer.
What happens if I don’t leave a review within 30 days?
Then the free screen is removed when the 30 days are up. If you leave the review later, we’ll still honor it and reinstate your free screen.
