Free screen
What do I get with the free screen?
Your free screen includes every feature of the Pro plan: everything in Essential, plus Slide Conditions, TV on/off, Tags, Shuffle, Sync, Alerts, API, Locking Objects and Private Files.
How do I get my free screen?
Your first screen is free for 30 days, and free forever if you leave us a review in that time. Sign up at login.playsignage.com/register and leave us a review within 30 days on one of our approved review sites: Capterra, G2, Trustpilot, Google, Software Advice or GetApp. Then open the live chat and send us a screenshot along with the name you used. Once the review is published, your screen is free forever.
What happens if I don’t leave a review?
The deal is simple: your first screen is free for 30 days, and it stays free forever when you leave us a review within those 30 days. If you don’t, the free screen is removed. But no worries: if you leave the review later, we’ll still honor it and reinstate your free screen.
Discounts
Is there a discount for choosing annual payment?
You can pay monthly or annually. If you pay annually, we drop the price by 10%. The annual subscription is prepaid, meaning you pay for a whole year ahead of time.
Do you offer a discount for non-profits?
Yes. As a thank you for the great work you do, we offer a 20% discount to all non-profit organizations that can provide a government-issued non-profit certificate.
Plans and support
What happens when I downgrade my subscription?
If you downgrade, say from Pro to Essential, you lose access to the advanced features of the higher plan that you may have been using, such as Slide Conditions, Tags, Shuffle and Content Synchronization.
Do I pay for storage?
No. Upload all the images, videos and other files you need for your content. There is no limit on storage or traffic.
How many users can I add?
Add every team member you need, create multiple teams and give them roles, at no extra cost. On Pro and Ultimate you can also add sub-teams for your locations and departments. Users can sign up with Google, Microsoft, Apple, Facebook or an email address and password. We also offer single sign-on (SSO) and two-factor authentication to all users.
Is support free?
Yes. All customers get free support by email and live chat, 24/7/365. You can also call us at +1 844 384 5554 between 8 AM and 4 PM Pacific Time, Monday to Friday.
