Even though I represent Play Digital Signage I think it’s okay to provide our readers with useful knowledge about all the providers out there.

You might think that this article is biased and that Play Digital Signage would shine through as the world's best digital signage solution, but the reality is that we’re kind of different. Throughout this article, you will notice that we’ve made through great effort to really compare all providers on common ground and with the eyes of an outsider.

In this article, we dig into the whole before process and the written functionality, meaning I am not going to be demoing their product just yet. This is all about facts and figures and how users see them.

The providers we’ll be looking at is Screenly, Rise Vision, Mango Signs, Digital Signage, Yodeck, Reach, OptiSigns, Enplug, UCView, ReflectView, Screenscape, TelemetryTV, Arreya, BroadSign,  ScreenCloud, Carousel, NoviSign, Look, TruDigital Signage, QuickESign, Vibe, SmartSign2go, Scala, OnSign, Rise Vision, Raydiant, and obviously Play Digital Signage.

When I first started this I thought I would rate the providers, but having done digital signage for many years, I know that not two customers are the same and that sometimes certain providers match some customers better. So with that said, I think it should be up to you what you like better.

I will be looking into pricing, free demo or trials, where they’re from, how old they are, response times, what hardware they support, and their functionality.
