The basic package will get you a majority of the digital signage content features including free stock images and videos, playlists, schedules, and web page integration. However, if you want sub-playlists, proof of play, or advanced media scheduling, you’ll have to upgrade to the Pro subscription. For those who need additional security, the Enterprise level is the only subscription that offers features such as custom user roles, player storage encryption, and audit logs.
In our digital world, security is far more important than many realize, so in our opinion, the Enterprise plan is definitely the best option for the money. We also really appreciate that Yodeck Digital Signage offers any plan on one screen for free for as long as you would like so you can try it out without a major commitment.

To us, this is quite a negative as busy business owners do not have time to wait around for help to get their digital signage back up and running.
However, we do like that Yodeck Digital Signage also offers customers the ability to submit a support ticket for help and utilize their video tutorials, and how-to videos. We found that a lot of common hiccups can be addressed through their knowledge base.

There are three parts to a digital signage setup– software, a media player, and a screen. Yodeck is compatible with Yodeck Digital Signage, Brightsign, Android, Raspberry Pi, and Chrome players. In terms of operating systems, they are compatible with Raspberry PI, Chrome and Edge Web Players, BrightSign, Android, and Tizen.
