Onsign TV Digital Signage is an affordable digital signage provider, though they do have a unique pricing structure. Onsign TV Digital Signage has two different subscription options depending on how many players you need.

It begins at $19.99 per month, per player for their Professional Plan for up to 24 players. You’ll also get a $3 discount per player, per month for 25-99 players and a $5 per month discount for 100 or more players.

Their other plan is the Enterprise Plan which comes in at $29.99 per month, per player for up to 100 players and you’ll still be able to take advantage of discounts for more should your situation require it.

Besides the price, the main difference between the Professional Plan and the Enterprise Plan is a few security measures and a support feature. With the Enterprise Plan, you’ll get single sign-on, two-factor authentication, an audit log, an email whenever a player is added or removed from the account, account login tracking, the option to revoke active ongoing sessions, and multi-session or single-session support. These features in our opinion are worth it in this digital age where security is imperative but it does hurt the wallet a bit more.

Support options with Onsign TV Digital Signageinclude a wide range of tutorials and tips on their website or a ticket system for more personalized support. We could all use a little help sometimes when it comes to technology so we appreciate they have given us both a self-service and a more escalating support option.

However, with many competitors offering chat or phone support, we can’t help but feel that Onsign TV Digital Signage and its clients could benefit by offering one of these as well.

Content Development

Digital signage is all about the dynamic and engaging content you can display. Onsign TV Digital Signage knows content is important which is why they have a built-in digital signage content editor which they call Blank Template. Onsign TV Digital Signage also has free templates available, compatibility with Google Drive, a simple in-app image editor, and royalty-free media to get you started.

Essentially, they offer everything you need to get started designing your digital signage content without any additional subscriptions. We love that Onsign TV Digital Signage has included these attributes since some of its competitors do not offer built-in content design features.

In terms of operating systems, you can expect compatibility with all of the operating systems of the players listed above.

Onsign TV Digital Signage’s compatibility covers a majority of the major operating systems like many of their competitors, though we do like that they also help clients choose which hardware would be best for their situation.
