When you create your Canva design it's important you start out with the correct resolution, so when you create a design choose “Custom Size”, and input the resolution of your TV, then lock the aspect ratio. A standard HD TV is 1920x1080 and a standard 4K TV is 3840x2160.

Integrate in Your Playlist

When you've created your design, added your pages, and animations, and everything is ready, click “Share”, then “More”, then “Embed”, and finally copy the URL in the Smart Embed Link.

This URL is what you're going to paste into the Canva URL section of the Canva plugin. To get here, log in to your Play Digital Signage account. Then navigate to “Playlists” and hit “edit” on whichever you would like your design to go to. Once the playlist is open, click “Apps” on the top toolbar, then click “Canva” on the drop-down that comes up. You’ll paste your link in the section on the right that says “Canva URL”. You’ll also have the option to align your design as you see fit.
